Great content

I was struggling with losing any weight. I was eating what I thought were all the good foods and started doing heaps of cardio with barely any loss at all. Listening to and following Martins advice I have done a complete 180 degree turn from what I was doing, which was what most weight loss pages would do for you and over the last few months it truly has been working wonders. If you haven’t started listening to him I would highly recommend you do. I have more energy now than I did ten years ago.

Stumbled on to Martin when he was a guest on another podcast. Great to listen to if you are looking to get on top of your health goals. Will definitely be signing up for his coaching program once I get the funds together.
