This podcast is my favourite !

I love listening to Lisa’s podcast , she is inspiring, motivating, I love her honesty and grit. They are great for my long runs and uplifting for the commute. What moves me greatly is the incredible journey that Lisa has been on with her Mum, this resonates deeply with me, I wish I had not listened to the drs after my mum had a stroke 10 years ago. My mum is still alive but a vegetable, it is tragic and I mourn her daily. I failed her terribly but Lisa’s journey with her Mum is proof not to quit, ever! I can’t wait to read her new book!!

My favourite running podcast by miles

This is the best podcast for long runs. Lisa is just so relatable, honest, funny and inspires me to push my own limits. Awesome guests (I particularly enjoyed the podcast with Kim Morrison) and a wide variety of topics covered. Thanks for keeping me running, Lisa!

Im a huge listener of Lisas Podcast , and her work with pushing limits. The variety an calibre of guests is fantastic, I get so much advice and take so much away especially the mental strength podcasts. I have so much of this throughout my training . keep up the great work
