Great podcast with some excellent guests but the audio is often very fuzzy and frustrating to listen to. Please fix this. It really distracts from the quality podcast that it could be!

I can not get enough of the smarter science of slim podcasts, so much so that my kids have asked me to stop talking about it!! Making weight loss and exercise simple and giving the power back to the listener. Thank you for such an informative and entertaining program! I can not recommend these programs more highly.
Love this podcast, well worth listening to

I haven't looked back since listening to Jonathan and Carrie. I have never felt better and he shows how easy and pleasant it can be to lose weight, get toned and never feel hungry. Not only is Jonathan a charming and charismatic speaker, he does the hard yards of reading all the research (so you don't have to) and his co-host Carrie is delightful and fun to listen to. 5 stars from me.
