This show could be changing the world

Chronic pain is so ubiquitous. I’ve had mine since my early 20s and have now acquired a second one in my 50s which is limiting my daily mobility. My whole life has been arranged around managing my pain. I’m just beginning to understand neuroplasticity, including the pain the pain it can generate and any relief your guidance will bring me will literally change my life. I’ll try not be fearful about this “not working” but so far your message is really resonating.

Perfect

Thank you Alan and Anon! Your gentle, informative and humorous approach is exactly what I need. The Kardashian references/analogies are hilarious. Thanks again you wonderful humans.

A Real Game Changer

These episodes have helped me so much. I love Alan and Alon’s kind approachable manner as much as the legitimate science behind their instruction. They explain, coach and encourage. I’m now a believer that I can overcome my symptoms completely. Along with the Curable app, this was the one two punch I’ve needed for years
