So helpful 🙏🏼

Thankyou Kate for your podcasts. They really help me own & cherish my ADHD. My life/tendencies made sense once I was diagnosed in my 40’s. Now at 64 I can accept,& understand my ADHD brain though I must admit, I still unearth some shame hiding there as well. Your podcast helps. 🙏🏼💜

Ep: Joseph pack!
17/09/2022
I just listened to the episode with Joseph pack and everything he said resonated so much with me. I’m not anti medication but I have had experience with medication and although it helped was not for me. I spent time working on a cattle station in Australia and my adhd felt As though it went, it obliviously didn’t but it became a strength in the right environment and I felt the most peace I have ever experienced. Nature is something us with adhd HAVE to incorporate into our lives and being active also crucial. There is hope and there are incredible strengths we hold and I hope that instead of trying to fit in we find the right environments for us! you are not broken and the world needs you an your adhd! ❤️
Don’t mind the podcast
13/03/2023
I don’t mind the podcast and I’ve learnt a lot! However, much of the content and conversation is dedicated to motherhood / parenthood. There’s plenty of women with ADHD who do not have children and may not intend to have any. A woman has an identity and experiences outside that of being as parent with ADHD and/or the parent of an ADHD child. There’s so many podcasts dedicated to parenting and so few good ones which focus on women navigating the patriarchal world with ADHD. Would love this podcast to focus more on that and less through the lens of parenting.
