Episode 213 - Inner Demons - The Crimes of Glen Race
Halifax, Nova Scotia regularly shows up on lists of Canada’s friendliest cities. Its East Coast charm and colorful maritime houses often lull visitors into thinking time moves more slowly there.
But in 2007, it was the starting point for a cross-country killing spree. Glen Race had just received a mission from God and unfortunately for the people of Halifax, he was deeply in the grips of a schizophrenic delusion.

Episode 212 - Double Trouble - When a Twin's Envy Turns Deadly
The concept of an "evil twin" is something that’s fascinated and terrified human beings for millenia: a twin or doppelgänger who embodies the polar opposite of a person.
It’s a trope that’s appeared throughout recorded history. In mythology, literature, and even the bible.
But while it’s often used as a literary device and often a bad one at that…has it ever actually happened in the real world?

Love this podcast
Great podcast! A voice I could listen to for hours
Hidden gem
This podcast is a quiet achiever. Excellent production quality, well written & suitably delivered. The timbre of the host’s voice is soothing & suits the storytelling style of empathy for the victim/survivor & oftentimes for the perpetrator. It’s important for the genre of true crime to understand but not glorify people who do despicable things while placing the innocent person’s story front & centre, a feat MoM does well. Example is the Ep 184 the Brittany Smith story.
AI Narator
Narrators voice is unbelievably irritating. It is clearly AI. Can’t listen which is a shame because the content is great
