Such a fantastic listen!

I listen to this podcasts daily on my morning walks or in the car - health is such a complex topic with so many different contributing factors, Katherine really breaks down each of these topics and explains such complicated topics into such interesting, useful and easy to understand ways. All the different guests offer so much knowledge and I always feel I am learning something new each time - I always walk away with practical tips i can immediately start implementing into my life after each episode to improve my health!! Any topic about health you want to learn about, she has an episode on it. Absolutely love it and can’t recommend it enough :)
