Game changer

Finding Bec on Instagram and then bingeing this brilliant podcast led me to sign up to the 3 week body reset and my goodness I haven’t felt this good in years. In conjunction with seeing a functional medicine specialist for hormone balancing I’ve continued on to join the Tribe and have now lost almost 5kg!! I’m 45 and am now back to a weight I last saw in my 30’s, my clothes fit again and I feel fantastic. Thanks Bec, you are doing such incredible work sharing your message with the world 💫

Inspiration in the information!

Yes I am one of those tried everything ladies. Your podcasts are incredibly inspiring. I’m yet to sign up as again I’m hesitant to sign up to another program. But….As I’m listening along I’m so keen!!!
I’ve starting at podcast #1. So it’s looking like Monday it is. Thanks Bec for your inspiration on helping me understand this can be a life change that is sustainable.
