    I used to be a typical yo-yo dieter in my early 20s- and it wasn’t a fun cycle.
     
    I would restrict myself and feel starving through the week, only to overeat on the weekends and holidays and then go back to square one of restricting straight after (after a few days of intense guilt).

    Thank gosh I managed to break and change this cycle and now, I eat with far more balance, never feel restricted, mainain a healthy weight easier and feel far happier.
