    We fear many things in life and the most common of them all is failure. People are afraid of failing and don’t know what to do when they’re down. Failure is like the end for them and they couldn’t think beyond it.
    In this episode, I have discussed how to survive and rise again when you’re drowning. We often take a lot of the burden of things that are out of our hands and do not focus on the things that are actually in our control. Find out your strengths and focus on them. My two strengths are that I’m futuristic and strategic. I love planning through strategies and making them work.
    Make necessary changes in your management pattern to put ease in your work. Our brain is not designed to take all of that load at once and process it. If you’re going to do that, you’ll mess up yourself instead what you should do is you must do that one thing that you’ve been holding back. Identify your daily tasks and figure out which one will impact your brain the most.

    3 Things You Should Stop Saying If You Want Success

    Your words significantly impact your mindset more than someone else’s. The words you say and feed to your subconscious mind play a more significant role in your success. Be cautious with the things you say. In this episode, I discussed three things you should avoid at all costs if you want to succeed.
    First and foremost, stop saying “maybe” You either do something, or you don’t, there is no maybe in between. Successful people don’t say maybe they just do the thing.
    The second thing is the word “should” Stop saying this as it damages your mind and prohibits you from further growth. Because if you don’t do the thing you ‘should’ have done you’ll start blaming yourself, and you will go down the rabbit hole of self-hatred. Say a different word that has more positive energy.
    The final thing you should avoid saying is “I wanna” We get stuck in the “wanna” and never actually do anything. Don’t talk about it, be about it is something I always tell my kids so just do the thing and move on from the “wanna”.

These tiny, bite sized episodes are amazing! I’m left inspired to implement what I’ve learned, instead of sitting a fog of overwhelm, which can be the feeling when trying to navigate your own online business. Synchronicities kept coming up

After putting on weight through this pandemic I decided on the one sunny day to get my backside up and go for a walk. I didn’t want to. I’ve got work to do. But I pushed anyway. I opened my podcast app and decided the “why you’re hitting a wall” episode was probably a really good fit. And so I started off. As my legs started to itch and burn I was listening to Allie talking to me about how when were sitting on the verge of something great often we’ll struggle... so I kept going. As the second episode started to play I wanted to run away from the pain so started jogging... as Allie continued to talk to me about taking bigger strides in business and running towards my goals. And so I kept going. I came home listening to Allie’s pillars of success and how her business is designed to support her family and her future growth. As I switched off and stretched I wrote 5 pages of journaling about what my rich life looks like and what phase one is to making it happen. Thank you for cheering me on and keeping me going. I’ll meet you tomorrow for another run!
