Since listening to this podcast (and being part of the Facebook group(s) of B365), my whole outlook on myself, my body, my wellness, my worth has changed for the better. I thank these ladies for showing me another way to be in this world. I no longer obsess over my weight or food. I very much look forward to each podcast released and share it with friends! ❤️

These women helped heal my eating disorder

I struggled with eating disorder behaviour for over a decade, starting in grade 9. Christian counselling helped tremendously and so has finding balance 365! I was very far along in my healing before them but WOW! They sure helped kick some of the last parts to the curb! Highly recommend listening to these ladies or joining their coaching program if you are struggling with an eating disorder, disordered eating behaviours or are just tired of dieting! GUYS, there IS another way to approach food, exercise and health and it’s sustainable and simple and joyful and feels good! It’s the balance 365 way! Get on the train, it’s a ride you will have wished you got on waaayyy sooner!!!
