I just love this podcast and Jen ,Annie & Lauren as well as their guests. I make time everyday to tune in and these ladies are with me wherever I go . These ladies are so informative, relatable, supportive and authentic, with each episode I usually have tears from an awareness I’ve had or because I’m laughing so hard. Tuning in you feel like it’s time spent with your friends ( although you’ve never met) and you don’t want it to end. This podcast is amazing , thank you ladies for always keeping it real ! I’m so grateful ❤️🥰
Not how they started….
If your aim is weight loss, then this is likely for you. They have strayed far from where they started, and that is very disappointing. Now it’s just another group wanting their piece of a billion dollar industry. A diet dressed up as “lifestyle” and “balance”. Years ago, I gave these ladies 5* and believed in what they were doing. Save your money and your mindset.
Too bad they’ve shifted to such a weight loss focus
I get that they are probably trying to focus your business niche, but marketing your services so much around weight loss makes it feel like we’re not ideal clients anymore if we aren’t aiming to lose weight. I used to follow this podcast religiously and it helped transform my postpartum body image, but not it just keeps triggering weight loss anxiety for me. Too bad that B365 isn’t for everyone anymore.
