Unadulterated positivity

This podcast is run by someone who knows what he’s talking about. Bringing his own life experiences is one thing, but having excellent quality guests is definitely a reason to tune in. Looking forward to future content and keep up the great work

So so so helpful

I have taken many things away from this podcast and applied them to my every day life. I used to always be SO worried about the future and where I will be, what is to come, and how will I get there. My biggest take away from what Ty talks about is to stop worrying about what is to come and focus on what we are able to control right now, because we never know where our paths will take us; also that a little exercise really goes a long way. I've changed my eating habits, exercise routine, and I'd say that I'm able to manage my anxiety better from listening to the advise that he and his guests have to share. I will continue to support all that Ty does going forward as he continues to change the world.

What a great way to refresh and relax with during the week. Makes you feel great and be aware. From self sabotage to discussions with friends, it really opens your eyes and brings things to fruition.
