Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) was created by a woman named Marsha Linehan in the 1980s. The skills she created are now taught all over the world. DBT can improve depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, and other mental health struggles. We are Kate and Michelle, two mental health therapists in Seattle, WA. We have been teaching DBT groups as a team for years. Whether you've never heard of DBT before or are experienced with DBT skills, this podcast is here to help you use DBT skills in your daily life.

Customer Reviews
Great content , please improve delivery
This content is so important and valuable!
Would give higher rating if emotion in delivery matched the content (eg laughter in discussion of sexual boundaries). Would appreciate the additional consideration of professionalism in delivery, while maintaining the upbeat nature of the podcast.
Game changer
I started listening to this podcast as a way to refresh my mind after doing a DBT program a few years ago. The podcast hosts are upbeat, relatable and experienced. Highly recommend even if you're totally new to DBT.
Incredibly annoying
Good content but the delivery was so annoying that I had to delete this at episode 8. One host laughs every 2 seconds and takes forever to make her point and the other, who is much less annoying, makes most of her assertions in a question. Everyone is different so maybe these things will not bother you but I found the delivery UNBEARABLE.
