Push play , these are short and sweet and get to the point. It’s as if Filly is in your living room telling you what works for him and what might work for you. Great advice for anyone actively training or involved in sport !

Great podcast but too much surrounding noise

It’s a great podcast with a lot of good information but you should try to record it when the gym is close. The surrounding noise particularly in episode 7 of season 3 is really loud.
