Wonderful and healing
Hello girls,
This podcast has been so good to me even if I discovered it just a couple of weeks ago and devoured all the episodes in such a short time. I found it after reading CAYA & Burnout and I love everything about what you guys do! Thank you for creating all of it and sharing with the world.
I am currently reading The Body Keeps the Score as per your recommendation and I was wondering if you have any suggestions for books on healing childhood sexual abuse. There seem to be a few out there but sometimes it’s hard to know before reading it whether it will be helpful or harmful. I thought maybe Emily might have a suggestion on that matter. I am already in therapy so I am not alone on this journey but I try to do some work for and by myself as well.
Thanks in advance and I do hope you’ll be able to continue the podcast. I believe I’m not only speaking for myself when I say we still need it even though 2020 is over.
Vital listening ❤️
I really, really needed to find this podcast. Thank you- and please please come back soon!!!
This podcast gives me life
I have nodded, and laughed, and gotten choked up so many times listening to this. Listen and know that you are not crazy, the system is crazy. You are not alone. We’re in this together!
