FCP E117. My new approach to prenatal vitamins

FCP E117. My new approach to prenatal vitamins

In this episode, Dr. Kelsey discusses the role of prenatal vitamins in fertility and pregnancy. She explains that while prenatals are important for maintaining nutrient stores and reducing the risk of neural tube defects, they are not the key factor in achieving pregnancy. Dr. Kelsey emphasizes the importance of a well-balanced diet and personalized nutrition for fertility. She also addresses the debate between folate and folic acid, the absorbability of nutrients in prenatal vitamins, and the need for additional nutrients like choline.

A bright influence on your TTC journey!

I found Dr Kelsey via IG and was drawn to her knowledge, calmness and ability to connect with the TTC struggle/journey. I actively look at her account for healthy tips and tricks to push my TTC journey further, change habits and gut check my current behaviours. I have yet to work with her as a client, but for now all the information I have read/learned and this new podcast will be a regular weekly part of my routine of fertility information!
