This what I’ve been searching for!

I wish I would have known about this podcast earlier on. Throughout the last few years, it has been a struggle for me to navigate the sea of conflicting information out there on my own, and trying to find some common ground between conventional and holistic medicine has also been a huge challenge. I absolutely love hearing Samantha and her guest speakers discuss all the topics that I’ve been so desperate to understand. She diligently does her own research, and then presents it to her listeners in a down-to-earth and easy to understand way. You can tell that she is such a kind person, and really cares about the well-being of women all around the globe. Listening to this podcast has been so inspiring to me, and has helped me get back on the healthy wagon by implementing some of the simple, yet effective recommendations shared in this show. I highly recommend this podcast to all women, even if you don’t have issues with hormonal imbalances. This is so much more!
