As addicting as sugar

Love this podcast series! As someone that constantly suffers with pcos and hormone health, I listen to health podcasts daily and when I found this one it instantly went to the top of my list. And the best part, it’s CANADIAN. So the recommendations and brands she talks about relate more to my environment and affordability, rather than US brands I spend hours looking for online.
