Nicolle is creator and designer of 4 Creative Journaling programs that focus on self-care and mental wellness. She is part of the Journal Council, for the International Association for Journal Writing and is a contributing author of two new books, Transformational Journaling for Coaches & Clients: The Complete Guide to the Benefits of Personal Writing (Routledge Press, 2021) and the Great Book of Journaling (Mango Publishing 2021).







Nicolle values creating environments where tender-hearted conversations can be held and where a trauma-informed lens leads. She wrote her first book, Just the Two of Us: A Soft Place for Tender Hearts to Land, a new book on how to use journaling with children to process stress, anxiety and trauma (The Zebra Ink, NY).
