Re-listen all the time

I start at the first ep and work my way to the most recent often and I have to say this current go through has been really frustrating listening Coddling of the American Mind etc with the police brutality occurring on college campuses across America. It’s so clear to see how progressive students were pathologized as an unruly, irrational mob for years by these books, resulting in this moment. Still can’t get through the second ep of the DEI episode because it makes me so mad. Anyway, really appreciate this show and so grateful that Peter’s horse story made it through editing.

Love MH!

I LOVE any podcast hosted by M Hobbes! He’s so funny, witty, and intelligent. Please please do an episode on Guns, Germs, and Steel or 12 rules for life.

Love Michael Hobbes (and Peter)!

I found this podcast after being a fan of You’re Wrong About and then Maintenance Phase. The hosts balance being hilarious with a hefty dose of thoughtfulness and critical thinking. I have really appreciated their debunking of these famous airport books. I walk away entertained and often having learned something. I am also SUPER thankful to have taken any Steven Pinker and Freakonomics off of my to read list. Thanks for the great listens! :)
