Interesting, helpful topics

Overall, this podcast had great insight on a variety of topics. I love how they re-introduce the guest and recap all of the steps they went over at the end of each episode. When listening to this podcast at first, I was confused with the narration on top of the interview, but eventually I understood what was going on. The guests on this podcast are super informative! The sponsors in the ads are easily skippable, I recommend making the ads more interesting! This podcast is something I will listen to from now on when I am seeking advice. I give Life Kit 4.5/5 stars. I recommend this to those that love everything self-help!
