I was listening to this episode and as soon as it ended I took off my headphones and sat in our back yard listening to birds and watching two monarchs flitting around I realized how truer words were never spoken ….. stopping and watching nature is amazing! I can spend hours just watching birds teaching their young to sing an feed and pollenators on our native plants. You truly haven’t lived until you see a monarch butterfly emerge from it’s pupae! Thanks Chris!

It’s funny plus insightful.
A lot of fluff

This show insufferable, in that it promises a lot in it’s titles (that’s marketing I guess), but delivers very very little. It says a ton, about basically nothing. It’s sugary, over simplified, sentimental gobbety-gook.

Sleep is very important. Good sleep is the signs of health. Lacking of Sleep has been linked to various disease. For example, research shows OSA can cause or aggravate diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,etc.
