I am so grateful for this show. I finally know why I feel what I feel and where my anxieties come from. I felt so lonely, so misunderstood. I thought I had a good life and I felt guilty to feel lonely. Now I know I have a childhood trauma, and I am not alone. I finally found a support group through the voices of so many women who are just like me. It’s so liberating, to know that you are not alone, that you are normal. I’ve listened to every episode (some several times!!). I Took notes, did my homework. It wasn’t easy, it was dark and painful. I’ve cried and I’ve laughed whilst listening to the episodes. But now I see the light and I regulate my body so much better. Thank you, Heather, from the bottom of my heart!!

Heather of Mother Mayhem has finally put words to my feelings and experiences that I have never been able to understand. She has brought calm to my storm and a sense of community that I have never felt in this area of my life before. -Tawny
