Narcissist Apocalypse: Patterns of Abuse

This is really helpful podcast - the way the stories are told and unfolded, the structure of the show, is really wonderful. One minor note is if there’s anything to improve the audio quality? The host is muffled sounding, there are P pops on the mike etc. I hope you can get a professional setup because the content absolutely warrants it! (I realize this stuff is expensive no pressure)

Hearing other people’s stories is helping me recognize and process all the abuse I went through with a narcissist parent who groomed their golden child to be one as well. As the youngest and smallest I was a trial victim for my sibling and could never understand before why I never had fairness or even protection from his abuse. I then would be punished for allowing his attacks in a double lose situation. Now I understand it was generational narcissistic abuse in the making. I’m glad I broke free.

This podcast is a lifeline for folks. I have listened to so many stories, and it’s such a supportive and reflective place. Brandon’s care comes through so much. I think anyone who has any abuse, violence, narcissistic people in their lives in any way, or are looking to educate themselves would be very lucky to listen here. Cannot recommend enough ❤️

Really wanted to give this a try as a survivor and a mental health professional but the host was rambling about “the matrix” for about 10+ minutes at the top of the episode with zero reference to narcissistic abuse and the sound quality was just awful so I quit.
