I found Michelle on social media and was immediately drawn to her warm personality. The topics she explores around diet culture and intuitive eating speak deeply to me, as someone who has struggled with my appearance and yo-yo dieting for as long as I can remember. If you can relate to any of this, you will enjoy her content!
Typical clinical outlook

After listening to several episodes, I found this podcast host to be a typical clinical educated dietitian, unwilling to see the functional medicinal value of foods. This podcast was simply not for me.
