Dr. Mills
Just listened to the interview with Dr. Mills - so thoughtful and worthwhile. Thank you for this challenging interview - this is how we learn so much.
outstanding host and content
I learned about Howard from the coauthored book "Whole: Rethinking the Science of Nutrition". He's an outstanding host and interviewer. This podcast is a valuable contribution to the vegan / plant-based movement and among the most informative I've discovered since adopting a vegan diet in Feb., 2019. Thank you, Howard, for all you're doing to educate vegan newbies like me.
