outstanding host and content

I learned about Howard from the coauthored book "Whole: Rethinking the Science of Nutrition". He's an outstanding host and interviewer. This podcast is a valuable contribution to the vegan / plant-based movement and among the most informative I've discovered since adopting a vegan diet in Feb., 2019. Thank you, Howard, for all you're doing to educate vegan newbies like me.

Still my favorite podcast!

Howard - Your Podcast 281 really hit home for me. It reminded me of why I switched to a healthier plant-based diet. Losing my own Mom when she was 73 when we all thought she'd be like her parents and live until her mid-nineties. I had to know why she left us too soon. After searching for answers I found and took the Cornell TCC PB nutrition program and during that time someone shared info on your podcast. I'm so glad I checked it out. You stick to the science, have interesting guests, and you always do a great job of interviewing them. I love your perspective and humor. Thanks for your hard work and for sharing a part of your life with us. It is greatly appreciated!

Life-changing!

I have discovered this podcast after switching to a plant-based diet in January of 2017 and since then have been a faithful listener. It has been an invaluable source of life-changing information and inspiring stories. I like the wide variety of guests, and also the fact that they don’t all necessarily share the same plant-based ideology although they all strive to make the world a better place. Thanks to Howard and his guests, I now meditate twice a day, take cold showers and am thinking of starting running in the near future. I recommend this podcast to all who want to improve their lives!
