Where have you been all my life!

Cori, I have been into fitness for 50 years! And you have provided me with the best information and answered so many questions that were in my mind for so long. I was very into weight training, in my 30’s to my mid 60’s. In my 20’s the emphasis was on aerobics, dance, etc. I have tried to get back into the weight training mode several times in the last 6 years but finding it too difficult and had no guidance on how to adjust for my age and arthritic body. Your podcasts have been invaluable to giving me back motivation and I am beyond grateful to have come across your site! 💕
