Beyond helpful!

I stumbled across Em on Instagram and then found her podcast and I can honestly say hands down she has helped me more than anyone in terms of health and fitness (and I had even hired a coach in the past). Sticking to horrible meal plans and barely seeing results, only to feel frustrated and give up because the plan was impossible to maintain was my past. Em made me realize I can literally eat ANY foods so long as they fit my macros. I’ve lost 8lbs in less than a month and couldn’t be happier with the food I’m able to eat!! It’s sooo freeing! Her information on the podcasts is so helpful! A must listen! THANK YOU Em!!!
