Informative and great conversations

I started to listen to this when I started powerlifting this year. I really enjoy the sport and wanted to soak up as much information as I could. A lot of the podcasts I found were about coaching, which was helpful in some ways, but a lot of it went over my head as I don’t have a background in physical fitness. The Stacked Strength podcast covers a wide variety of topics from proper lifting techniques, to nutrition to supplements that could help, even to hard hitting topics like eating disorders and how they can affect your performance. All of these conversations are in-depth and engaging! A great listen for all!

Unique takes on great topics

Just listened to the episode with Andy Galpin and it was fantastic. I’ve heard Andy on a few other podcasts but this was the first one with different questions that wasn’t more of a media fluff piece talking about his book etc. While those other podcasts episodes were still good listens Dan was able to get Andy talking about some new and interesting topics.
