Ever hear someone say something nice and your immediate thought is, “Oh, they’re just being nice…”.

When we don’t love ourselves we will never believe what we hear, even when it’s true for the other person.

Loving yourself is a necessary skill if you want to live a life where you not only GIVE love, but you RECEIVE love as well.

Listen to this episode as I share why it feels like we love ourselves even when we don’t, and how we’ve been conditioned to always seek love outside of ours

Most people who are struggling in their success don’t realize they are entertaining their very own brain, instead of OWNING the fact that their brain is THEIR property.

To get out of this chronic low level of stress we need to realize we must step into being an active participant in our own mind!

    #48: Feeling Unworthy

“How can I feel worthy of this job?” and “Am I worthy of this amazing fiance?”

A huge reason why there is so much confusion and angst about worthiness is that we’ve co-mingled two definitions and purposes of what it means to be “worthy” into one word, and now apply it to every situation.

Listen to this podcast episode where I breakdown exactly why we’re all confused and what it truly takes to own your worthiness as a human and as a leader.

This is it! The podcast you’ve been looking for

This is a great podcast!! I listen weekly as Susan provides great insight on how your brain works, and tips on how to train it to think differently and be more solutions oriented. She talks about specific life and work examples that are very relatable. It’s practical, easy to listen to and Susan is very lovable! (I love her laugh!) I always feel so energized and motivated after listening.
