Stuff everywhere ,

Love this show!!

It’s like a distillation of the greatest ideas from around the world into a beautiful narrative. I’ve been listening to this since like 2016. Of course, some episodes are better than others, but there’s some real gems in here to get you thinking. The hosts and the whole team are great!

Why?!?

This was a 5 star podcast under guy. Was truly about ideas and technology. It is now a 2-3 star podcast that shamelessly tries to force agenda politics far more often then it introduces new ideas.

Not as good as it was

For me this podcast isn’t as interesting since Manoush took over from Guy as host. The show has far less “hard” science and tech topics, and a lot more “soft” science - sociology, psychology and the like. A lot of the topics or approaches to topics don’t even seem to fit into the Technology/Entertainment/Design scope of TED talks. If soft science is your thing you’ll be happy, otherwise you’ll skip a lot of episodes.
