Great way to start the day!

Happy birthday Rachel! I love starting my day listening to your episodes to help me set my daily intentions. Thank you for sharing such wonderful insight!

Not much positivity left

while I understand that there is a lot of pain and suffering in the world & you’ve personally faced some hard times, it feels like this pod and your other one are becoming therapy sessions for you.

I used to listen for good vibes and healing. I expect to click “this week I will focus on the good”, I don’t expect to listen to 5/7 of the minutes of you talking about the pain and suffering of the world…. Way too much emphasis on the bad, not enough on the good. Not getting value out of listening anymore

My favourite!

I love taking just 5 mins with these great mediations and reminders.... it’s my absolute favourite and look forward to it daily! Keep up with the great work
