What if all children knew about how their mind works?

Wonderful to hear a teen describe. This understanding of how the mind works should be taught to all children when in grade school. It would dramatically change the incidence of mental health issues which are rampant in youth today. “If all that people learned was not to be afraid of their experience, that alone would change the world.” Sydney Banks -The Missing Link
