Our mission is to teach women about how their bodies change during the perimenopausal period (and onwards) so they can finally reach their health and fitness goals, live a life full of vitality and feel in CONTROL and at home in their bodies again! There is no excessive restrictions, no taking out your favorite foods, no doing crazy high intensity exercise or cutting out carbs! We cover hormones, exercise, nutrition and answer all of your questions!

I stumbled across this podcast a few years ago when it was brand new. Since listening I feel like I understand what is going on in my body. I have the confidence to talk to my dr and ask for what I want and need. I don’t feel as alone managing menopause as I did before. I no longer feel like I’m the crazy one. I strongly recommend this pod cast for anyone that is feeling lost in this stage of life. (Including husbands so they know what their wives are experiencing ).

What an amazing podcast. Stephanie is genuine and actually cares about this portion of the population. Menapausal women need more support. Thanks you so much! However please let me know how to get more sleep. 7 hours that she mentioned has been nearly impossible for me in the last four years. Weight gain and cellulite are my life and it’s just so frustrating to be told you need more sleep to help fight the weight gain and cellulite. 😢

I think the content provided is helpful/useful but I feel like I am being lectured to by the host and I don’t enjoy that. I think I would absorb more of the information if the delivery was better. This is something that is not innate but requires work/practice. The podcast would be a 10/10 if this aspect improved. Hope this suggestion is helpful.
