If you could see the inside of my cupboards and the loads of supplements that I own. I spent years chasing down my ailments wondering do I have candida, Lyme, mold, parasites, estrogen dominance, histamine intolerance, SIBO etc. etc. Buying 1000's of dollars worth of supplements, products and programs. When I really should have just tested! Why do we do that? Why do we insist on guessing not testing? Well not anymore lesson learned test don't guess.
