LOVE DR STEPHANIE

I am a 57-year-old woman, I’m a make up and hair artist and have been in the industry 25 years plus. Unfortunately, I was laid off at the start of the pandemic and have not been back to work, hoping we will be back in September. The positive of that is I have had time to take care of myself, I mean really dig deep. I walk at least 10,000 steps a day, I have been intermittent fasting since April, I have lost 20 pounds, 10 of which were added on during Covid, and I am learning a lot listening to podcasts on my walks. BETTER with Dr. Stephanie is by far my favorite. Yes some terms go over my head and it is very very technical but I love the conversations, and I learn a lot. My favorite podcasts so far is her conversation with Doctor Robert Lustig!! Wow!!! I have shared that with many people, as well as I listened to it again with my husband in which he found very very interesting!!! But I have to say they are ALL interesting and I love your work and happy that you are a fellow Torontonian!! I would actually love to make an appointment with you someday!!! 😍❤️

Dr Stephanie, your podcast has opened my eyes up to so much information about women’s health. In my mid-40s, this is all the information I’ve been looking for. If only I knew all of this when I was young! Thank you so much.
