Brooke provides excellent info fo help better understand nutrition’s impact on our postpartum selves. The episodes are short but oh so sweet. Highly recommend for momma’s looking to improve their health!

Excellent podcast

Honestly so insightful! Everyone told me I would lose so much weight breastfeeding but that was NOT the case. This podcast outlines the missing information and clarified things every postpartum mom should know but in simple terms that anyone can understand. Highly reccomended and can’t wait for the next episode!

After 7 kids I can finally get some answers and it’s not ‘it’s because you’ve had 7 kids’ and I love how the episodes are short and sweet but are also worth my time!
