This is probably the launch I’m most proud of to date, even though it’s not the highest cash launch I’ve ever had.
 
We (my team and I) showed up so fully and look at what we did with such pride and as corny as it sounds…honor, because I know we knocked it out of the park.

This past weekend my husband and I had one of the best weekends of our lives and definitely one of the top 3 experiences in our marriage (probably our wedding day being #1).
We attended a couples retreat hosted by our fabulous relationship coaches James and Angela, the founders of Love Intentionally. 
This episode is a breakdown of the retreat, why we went, what we did and what we got out of it.
To say we had breakthroughs would be an understatement. We are truly changed, and even though this is veering slightly from my normal content, I hope this inspires you regardless if you’re in a relationship or not; to take intentional time to strengthen ANY type of relationship you have.

You are in for a real treat with today’s guest, because Kendall Strampel is a POWERHOUSE AND…she’s 24 years old.  
 
This woman has built not one, but TWO incredibly successful businesses and really shares so openly about what it took to get there.
 
She is a 7 figure fitness business consultant, and serial entrepreneur. She founded Fearstofit Fitness coaching and the Wealthy Womens business academy.  
 
After scaling a fitness coaching company to 7 figures by age 22, she became obsessed with self mastery and business development. She now helps other visionary women scale with  the coaches organic growth method and seamless systems so they can create more flow both in their life and business. 
 
At one point Kendall had 100 clients in her fitness coaching business and almost stripped it down to nothing to travel the world and really find herself.  The past few years has been a re-building and systematizing journey to the incredibly successful business she has today.
 
If there’s one major theme we discuss in this episode it’s having a long-term focus when it comes to your business, something she adopted so early on at such a young age.
