Hi, l am Coach Michelle a certified USATF Coach, a Registered Dietetic Technician, and an avid RaceWalker. I have taken my passion for walking, success with weight loss, and experience as a nutritional professional to a podcast called " Walk with Me". The podcast provides 30-minute walking workouts that motivate and inspire you as you walk. These workouts are designed to give a complete body workout, that will efficiently burn calories and encourage a healthy, active lifestyle. Michelle is so friendly it’s like having a walking partner right there with you. I love how she goes from telling a story to reminding you to walk with good posture - then right back to the story. The time flew by. I highly recommend the podcast.
Excellent Workouts
Michelle is so encouraging to listen to.
I usually do five 30 minute walks or more five to seven days a week.
It is my passion once I start. There are days I skip or just do weights or stretches.
