Great walking Partner

Michelle is so friendly it’s like having a walking partner right there with you. I love how she goes from telling a story to reminding you to walk with good posture - then right back to the story. The time flew by. I highly recommend the podcast.

Excellent Workouts

Michelle is so encouraging to listen to.
I usually do five 30 minute walks or more five to seven days a week.

It is my passion once I start. There are days I skip or just do weights or stretches.
She has a positive attitude and is nice to listen to with great ideas for her listeners.
I have lost many pounds thanks to her because she keeps me walking.
