Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within the THON Community
This week, we have an important conversation surrounding diversity and inclusion within the THON community. Katie is joined by two of the leaders of THON's DEI Action Plan, Cassandra Nedd, Talent Coordinator on Entertainment, and Conor Barber, Communications Director. They discuss THON's previous shortcomings regarding inclusion, new initiatives to promote diversity within recruitment and engagement, and efforts for improvement during THON 2021 and beyond.
