In case study published by Purdue University in 2022, researches found that an estimated 48.6 million Americans are bullied at work. Of those bullied, nearly 52% were in non-managerial roles, while 40% were in leadership or management roles. These numbers may seem alarming to some, but for Zenica Chatman they aren’t surprising at all.
