No me mante,  pero as corny as it sounds you must show up for the people you care, love everyday and start by showing up foryourself. I noticed when Valentines is arriving the amount of commercials I see on TV, the stores  full on Valentines Day (bears, chocolates, balloons etc...)

When are in our late 20's we dead be thinking of the things we could have done, what we should be doing, what am i doing etc.. We are the first ones to put pressure on ourselves without anyone else putting on us.

Hello Bodega Girlz ! so happy someone asked me about this culture I just want to put as a disclaimer I am not a nutriniost nor I want you to "starve" yourself.



I have tried every diet that you can think of from vegan to pescatarian but I have found what works for me and my body and to be honest I believe it would work for anyone else cause is call "balance" and eating anti- oxidants & anti-inflammatory foods which is basically "whole foods".

We all feel this pressure when the New  Year is coming of making a vision board and see the things we want to accomplish without even  looking back what we have accomplished before the year ends.



if there is one thing I learn about Vision boards is to be realistic with yourself and put visions that you can actually accomplished & 2021 was a year that accomplished a lot I will say spiritually which was a goal of mine and also things that I did not. We always need to look and be grateful for what the universe has given us & not always.
