"Honestly, just looking at other plant pages and the plant community inspired me to start my own journey as well as the pandemic and the mental health issues that have occurred throughout the pandemic inspired me to want to find something to ease my anxiety and to fill out peace. I don't know if that's a tool, but like social media and mental health are things that came up throughout the beginning of the pandemic question. So honestly, since the end of 2019, I've been fully engulfed in plants"

Dee (02:26)
"Everything is not always going to be perfect, which is also another good coping mechanism for mental health issues, because perfectionism is very toxic. But yeah, my life outside of social media is pretty much the same as what it is on social media. I don't sugarcoat really much on my page or my personal page. I believe I'm very authentic, and this has pushed me honestly to live a more authentic organic life online and in my life because I don't want to be that person that's telling you to do something that I'm not even doing."
