He is a CA, CFP and FRM and has over 30 years of experience in the equity markets. He started his career as sub-broker and from there on acquired memberships of NSE and BSE under the firm name of GHALLA BHANSALI STOCK BROKERS PVT LTD. Today, they run one for most successful, wealth management program. He personally believes in taking calculated risks. Vishnu Iyer is a singer, a self learnt guitarist and a musician. He is also a talented event manager with an experience of over 12 years. He is a member of a band called 72/35 SOUTHERN Street for last 5 years. He currently manages music for renowned composer Shantanu Moitra account and has co-created one of the biggest music shows of our country called ‘Times of Music’ featuring top 20 composers of our country- which be aired MX platform soon.

Shridhar has an industry experience of over 10 years. Sennheiser India is an leading audio company specializing in the design and production of a wide range of high fidelity products, including microphones, headphones, telephone accessories and aviation headsets for personal, professional and business applications As the country struggles coronavirus crisis, Shridhar recommends that this is a god sent opportunity for each company/industry to look back at their process and make it lean and hygienic, collaborate with others to improve delivery methods and channels, Prepare for Pent-up Demand & that the Pro- Audio industry shall bounce back sooner than later. He further gives insights on how should a company boost moral not only of the employee but also of the distributors and retailers. He hopes that the government will look into the suggestion given by the industry and try to safe guard the the jobs of nearly 10 millions employees and ensure that small, medium enterprises and traders do not shut shops.
