This isn't goodbye just cya later for now. I'm taking some incredible time with my family to really enjoy ourselves and make some fun filled memories. And sometimes that's just what we need to propel us forward with renewed energy in the long run. Remember to listen when you need to rest, even if it's just an hour or a day or two, burn out definitely isn't going to produce the kind of results you want.

This episode is all about ending the year strong! Declaring your goals for the last 2 months of 2020 and going all in. 

In the past I would get to half way through October and all the stories would pop up like "I'm running out of time" and "I'll just start over next year." I repeated that over and over again until I DECIDED that I was going to make the most of the final dash to the end of the year and have a hell of a lot of fun while doing it!
