Paul Lawrence Vann is the founder and president of Wealth Building Academy, LLC a professional development company located in the metropolitan Washington, DC area. His company provides speaking, leadership/team building programs, diversity/inclusion training, mindfulness life coaching, spiritual awareness coaching, and business success coaching.

Paul is an international speaker, he has written three solo books and co-authored three books and he is a 2-time #1 international best-selling author. He hosts the Wealthy Speaker Talk Radio Show and has hosted over 500 episodes of his show to include guests such as Chris Gardner from the Pursuit of Happyness movie fame, Minister Berniece King, daughter of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr and Mrs. Coretta Scott King, Apprentice winner Randal Pinkett, Olympians, music artists such as 2 Chains and many, many more. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur Paul Lawrence Vann served over 20 years in the U.S. Air Force, 12 consecutive years in the Pentagon, and a year as a Capitol Hill Fellows working for a member of Congress in the U.S. House of Representatives.
