Edge is an Exercise Science student who went through a weight loss journey by losing 110 pounds in 12 months.Before the pandemic, Edge felt stuck in a never-ending cycle of denial, anger, and depression. It wasn’t until he stepped on the scale did his reality break, he weighted 344 pounds, and had to take a different path. Then he accepted the fact that his health is heading torwards the wrong direction due to his obesity.
