Worth, Texas; Albuquerque, New Mexico; Las Vegas, Nevada; Colorado Springs, Colorado; Livermore, California and Phoenix, Arizona.

    Tony Dawson’s quarter-century career encompasses both hotel and resort management and the development and management of numerous upscale, mixed-use resort and residential communities: among them The Boulders in Carefree, Arizona; Carmel Valley Ranch on California’s Monterey Peninsula; Cordillera in Vail, Colorado; and The Woodlands in Texas.  Tony has held senior positions at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in Texas and served as Vice President of Operations for six Jack Tar Village Caribbean Resorts. He served as Chief Operating Officer of the Cordillera group, responsible for five projects in Colorado and Northern California, including the Cordillera community near Vail. Prior to joining Cordillera, Tony was Vice President of Hospitality for The Woodlands Operating Company, with management responsibilities for three Texas resort and conference centers. At The Woodlands he also initiated development of a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course and the Carlton Woods Country Club, which hosted the 1999 Shell Houston Open. Most recently Tony was instrumental in developing the Dallas National Golf Club and managing Cypresswood Golf Club in Houston, Texas. He’s working to reinvigorate Marshall Ranch at Lake Travis, a resort community in the Austin area with a new Gary Player-designed private golf club. And he’s working with IMI Resort Holdings to develop a prototype for the Nicklaus Lodge...a high-end boutique lodge offering whole and fractional ownership options, with plans for ten properties worldwide.
