THIS is what society needs more of!

I have been stuck in quasi recovery for so long and this podcast, danni herself has made such a huge difference in my approach to becoming truly healthy (and not the fitspo kind of healthy iykyk). Thank you so much for each and every episode and thank you for not making me feel alone with my ha.

It’s like a PT for recovery!

I’m so glad I finally found a group of women who openly share what detriment the fitness and diet culture has done to their minds and bodies! I lost my period 3 year ago and am still struggling every day to convince the disordered voice in my head of finally starting to fully embrace all those vital changes toward health and recovery. The topics and chats on this podcast help massively with that so thank you!!!
