We are living in turbulent times. Full of challenges: proven and beloved is being questioned. We are faced with new challenges more and more quickly: How do I deal with a "friend" scatteringhate on Facebook from one moment to the next? How do I deal with violence in a football stadium? Or that the new investor that I just proudly presented is suddenly facing sexual accusations? Challenges that can be frightening.
"Our Job To Be Done" is a "social impact" initiative. In a joint dialogue, we address these questions. Look at the experiences we bring with us. What exactly scares us. "What we have to do together now" to meet these challenges. Develop impulses in an empathic, solution-oriented dialogue in order to go forward together.

In addition to the podcast, we organize regular dialogue salon events and partner to build what is needed for a better future. E.g. we created the very first WIKI around covid19. Making a human difference. Especially in turbulent times.

AI & Culture with Amy Webb

AI & Culture with Amy Webb

„They murder us when we sleep and steal our jobs“

Deep uncertainty requires deep questions! the very best thing anybody can do is to start asking a lot of questions! what does AI mean? what does AI mean to me? how do i think about AI and what should i do? Questions which has been discussed during the Drucker Forum between Amy Webb and Johannes Ceh. An inspiring dialogue driven through latest cases and giving clear advise what to do.

    - „Most of AI is really boring ... and mostly not visible“ „Human hands are much cheaper than robots“
    - „If you just innovate without having a sense of what’s next, you probably gonna fail. On the other hand: If you only envision what’s next and you don’t take any actions, you gonna fail as well .. So you kind need to do both“!
    - „Just follow the pink line ... AI guiding pilots in planes“
    - „Organic ecosystem (US) vs. Planned ecosystem (China) ... the best way for corporations is the Hybrid model in the middle. Developing norms but be flexible while moving on“
    - „AI doing the thinking work and humans acting more like robots needed to do what the systems are saying (Amazon)“
    - „Every company with a decent size should have a Chief Ethics Officer on their C-Suite! If your organisation cares a lot about people this should be the core part of what you do“
    - „Help managers and leaders understand very specifically what AI doesn’t do and do, what it isn’t and why all of this matters ... That’s the best possible thing companies can do to help“
    - „Rethink yourself! This requires confronting uncertainty and constantly asking yourself about your own believes“

    Responsible AI with Virginia Dignum

    Responsible AI with Virginia Dignum

Artificial intelligence enables systems to make preliminary selections, categorize customer inquiries or determine who gets a loan, for example in application processes. It doesn't have to be bad.
In the worst case, such systems can also have a massive impact on the everyday life of citizens, for example if governments use artificial intelligence to fully monitor and control their citizens. So how can. an ethical handling of artificial intelligence look and succeed?

At the Next Conference https://nextconf.eu/ I met Professor Virginia Dignum from Delft University in the Netherlands, who gave a keynote there. In her work, she focuses on the value-oriented design of intelligent systems, especially the ethical and social effects of artificial intelligence. She was recently appointed to the European Union's high-level group of AI experts to develop recommendations for.

    Social being with Timothy Hughes

    Social being with Timothy Hughes

What exactly does social media mean in 2020? Especially in times of Corona? Is it a channel? Media? An attitude? An exchange with Timothy Hughes.
Wikipedia describes social media as "digital methods that enable users to network and exchange information on the Internet".

But what exactly do different people use social for? What exactly are they creating together? What does this mean for our relationships? How has this developed over the years? How does social develop in times of social challenges and crises like Corona? How should it be used in these times?

Tim Hughes is the founder of Digital Leadership Associates and supports the social transformation of companies with his team. With his book "Social Selling: Techniques to Influence Buyers and Changemakers" he wrote the customer in the department and was awarded several times as the most influential business influencer.

This podcast addresses the following questions:

    • What is the intention of people to use social?

    • What does this mean for relationships?

    • How should social be used in times of crisis like Corona?

Impact with Xavi Cortadellas and Miguel Machado

Impact with Xavi Cortadellas and Miguel Machado

Companies are confronted with new competitors and innovations faster and faster.
Xavi Cortadellas and Miguel Machado from Digital Consulting Keenfolks explain how to deal constructively with this challenge

It is an almost everyday situation in companies: new competitors and innovations appear on the market, or a great business opportunity. A strategy is then drawn up and the best employees are set to drive the change forward. Change happens - but not quickly enough or effectively enough. Value is lost and, last but not least, you go back to old mechanisms and models. Where you started. But why does this situation keep repeating itself? Why do such situations seem to be happening more and more frequently in recent years? How can a company learn from this, deal constructively with these situations and continue to operate effectively in the market?

Xavi Cortadellas and Miguel Machado are the founders of digital consultancy THE KEENFOLKS. The Spanish powerhouse caused a sensation in the consulting market in the last few months when they received the global consulting order from the pharmaceutical company Merck with a comparatively small team. "Without an adaptation to the constantly changing digital framework, companies will disappear from the market more and more quickly. It depends on the right digital ecosystem."
