If someone knows product, it’s Melissa

If someone knows the do’s and don’t of product, the in’s and out’s, it’s Melissa. Always great guests. Also the idea of in-between episodes where she answers listeners questions is IMO pretty innovative and entertaining. I would like to hear some more stuff on product ops, but that’s maybe coming.
