Listen to episode 10 of the Small Business Saturday Philadelphia podcast! This week, Mac interviews Maleka Diggs, founder of Eclectic Learning Network. ELN is a Black and Brown centered home-education network that aims to empower families through respectful parenting and experiential learning.

Eclectic Learning Network was created out of a not-so-friendly interaction with a local education institution. Maleka decided that she could do better, so she created ELN with her two daughters in mind, ages 11 and 13. Over the last four years, Eclectic Learning Network has offered more than 300 programs to the Philadelphia community with a focus on Black/Brown families.
